These terms and conditions only apply to trade with private individuals, and only for purchases in one of Techron's online stores, at the time of writing

2 – Payment

Payment can be made with GPay, ApplePay, Paypal, ShopPay, Dankort, Visa, MasterCard, UnionPay, American Express, Bancontact, iDeal, UnionPay.

 

Additional payment options may apply, these payment options and their rates will be stated before the order is processed.

When paying by bank transfer, you are not protected by the objection scheme.

All payment methods are subject to a fee, the applicable rate and total cost are clearly stated before the payment is made. All payment fees are determined according to applicable regulations.

All payments by bank transfer are prepaid, and the goods are therefore only shipped when Techron ApS receives the transfer.

Please note that we do not accept cash payments.

3 – Delivery

The goods are delivered via a number of different shipping companies depending on the size and scope of the order. The final shipping cost is clearly stated before payment is made.

We aim to ship all orders within 1-2 working days.

It is not possible to physically pick up the goods from Techron ApS.

4 – Right of withdrawal

You have a 14-day right of withdrawal when you shop at Techron ApS.

You cannot cancel your purchase by refusing to receive the item. This will be considered a return.

The cancellation period expires 14 days after the day you;

  1. have received your item
  2. obtains physical possession of the last item when it concerns an agreement for several different items ordered in one order and delivered individually
  3. obtains physical possession of the last lot or part in the case of an agreement for the delivery of a good consisting of several lots or parts

You must notify Techron ApS within 14 days of receipt that you wish to cancel your purchase.

The notification must be made via e-mail or telephone. In your notification, you must clearly inform Techron ApS that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal.

You cannot cancel by simply refusing to receive the goods without giving Techron ApS clear notice of this.

Returns

You must return your order to Techron ApS without undue delay and no later than 14 days after you have notified Techron ApS that you wish to return your purchase.

You must bear the direct costs associated with returning the item. When returning the item, you are responsible for ensuring that it is packaged properly.

You bear the risk of the goods from the time of delivery of the goods.

If you wish to return your purchase, the item must be sent to Techron ApS at the following address, unless otherwise agreed.

Goods exempt from the right of withdrawal

The following goods are exempt from the right of withdrawal:

  1. Delivery of goods that are manufactured to the consumer's specifications or have been given a distinct personal touch.
  2. Delivery of goods that are likely to deteriorate or become obsolete quickly.
  3. Delivery of sealed goods which, for health protection or hygiene reasons, are not suitable for return and where the seal has been broken after delivery.
  4. Agreements for specific urgent repair or maintenance work at the consumer's premises, which the consumer has expressly requested in advance.

You lose your right of withdrawal if you break the seal on goods that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons.

The condition of the item when you return it

You are only liable for any deterioration in the value of the goods caused by handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, properties and functioning of the goods. In other words – you can try the goods in the same way as if you tried them in a physical store.

If the item has been tried on beyond what is described above, we consider it used, which means that if you cancel the purchase, you will only receive a portion or none of the purchase amount back, depending on the commercial value of the item.

To receive a full refund, you must do the same as you would in a physical store. You may try the item out, but not actually use it.

When testing, it should be understood that you must not test the contents of a consumer product, as it will subsequently be considered used.

Refund of the purchase amount

If you regret your purchase, you will of course get the amount you have paid to us back. In the event of a decrease in value for which you are responsible, this will be deducted from the purchase amount.

If you exercise your right of withdrawal, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (excluding additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the date on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will make such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise.

Upon return, we will refund the amount paid minus delivery costs.
If your package is sent to a parcel shop and not picked up or refused receipt, we will refund your amount paid minus delivery costs and return shipping.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned item, unless you have provided documentation of having returned it before then.

What should I send back?

You must attach a copy of the invoice, as well as a copy of the written notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal.

5 – Complaints

The defects rules of the Danish Sales Act may apply to purchases of goods.

When you shop at one of Techron's online stores, you naturally have a 24-month warranty. This means that you can either have the item repaired, exchanged, your money back or a discount on the price, depending on the specific situation.

It is of course a requirement that the complaint is justified and that the defect has not arisen as a result of incorrect use of the product or other harmful behavior.

If you wish to complain, you can contact Techron ApS using the information above.

How quickly should I notify?

You must make a complaint within a “reasonable time” after you have discovered the defect in the product. If you make a complaint within two months after the defect is discovered, the complaint will always be timely.

We will refund reasonable shipping costs.

If the complaint is justified, we will of course refund your (reasonable) shipping costs. By reasonable shipping costs, we mean that we issue a package label that you can freely return the package with - if you do not wish to use that label, we will only refund costs corresponding to our normal shipping costs.

The product is returned to Techron ApS at the above address.

Please note: We do not accept packages sent by cash on delivery or similar.

Remember that the item must always be returned in proper packaging – the original packaging and wrapping is always preferable. Remember to get a receipt for shipping so that we can refund your possible expenses and track the package via Track & Trace.

We need the following information when making a complaint:

When reporting a complaint, please describe your problem in as much detail as possible. A complaint number will be provided and must be included at checkout. We also prefer that you include a copy of the original invoice and a description of the problem with the shipment, as this will facilitate the processing and significantly reduce the processing time.

6 – Personal data policy

II. What personal data

In order for you to enter into an agreement with us, we need the following information:

  • Payment method data and product type
  • Name, billing address, shipping address, phone number, email address

III. Why

We process information about you in order to fulfill the agreement we have entered into regarding the purchase and delivery of a product.

If you have consented to subscribing to our newsletter, we will also process information about you in order to send you news about our business and great offers.

You have the right to withdraw your consent at any time. You can do this by contacting us using the contact details provided above in point 1.

IV. Who is the information shared with and how long is the information stored?

The personal data is registered with Techron ApS and stored for five years, after which the information is deleted.

When personal data is collected via our website, we ensure that it always occurs with your express consent, so that you are informed about exactly what information is collected and why.

The director and sales staff of Techron ApS have access to the information registered about you. The data controller at Techron ApS internet trader is the company's director.

We do not store customer information encrypted. We do not transmit customer information encrypted. Information provided to Techron ApS internet trader is not disclosed or sold in any way to third parties, and we do not register any personally sensitive information.

As a registered user of Techron ApS, you always have the right to object to the registration. You also have the right to access the information that is registered about you. You have these rights under the Personal Data Act and inquiries in this regard should be directed to Techron ApS via the information above.

If you want to complain about your purchase or, you must contact Techron ApS on the terms and conditions of sale information.

If we are unable to find a solution, you can file a complaint with the relevant boards in the area, provided that the conditions for this are met.

Under the General Data Protection Regulation, you have a number of rights in relation to our processing of information about you.
